Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Delivery is made by GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring or UPS, depending on the delivery option the customer chooses in checkout. We will dispatch your order on Monday, 12 October. Please then allow 1–3 working days for delivery in Denmark. Abroad, the expected delivery time is up to 7 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are not processed until the next working day. Delivery methods and shipping price are shown in the checkout. Alcohol products are delivered in accordance with applicable age requirements and the chosen delivery/payment solution.
Pickup
Pick-up is free of charge and takes place by appointment. You can choose pick-up when the option appears in checkout. The pick-up address is Stockholmsgade 34, 8200 Aarhus N. Wait for the notification that the order is ready and arrange the pick-up with us at info@villabianca.dk. State the order number when picking up. The stated delivery times for parcel shipments do not apply to pick-up.
Vintage ceramics
Ceramics in our Vintage range can generally only be picked up. This also applies to vintage goods made of porcelain, stoneware and terracotta. Shipping is only possible if Villa Bianca has expressly approved it for the specific item and the delivery option and price are stated before purchase. A note on the order is not in itself an agreement on shipping. If the basket contains an item that can only be picked up, the entire order must be picked up. Items that are to be shipped and can be purchased with shipping can be ordered separately.
Return address
Returned items are sent or handed in by appointment to: Stockholmsgade 34, 8200 Aarhus N. Please clearly notify info@villabianca.dk with the order number if you want to cancel the purchase. You do not need our approval to use your right of withdrawal. For personal return, a time is agreed; the item can also be sent back, even if it was picked up at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and return shipping
As a general rule, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The customer pays return shipping, unless otherwise agreed or stated. The product must be returned securely packaged and in a condition that makes it possible to assess the product according to the rules.
The right of withdrawal also applies to Vintage goods and online purchases with collection. When picking up, the deadline is calculated from the day you receive the item. The fact that the item has been used or can only be picked up does not remove your statutory rights.
You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt and then send or return the item within 14 days of the notification. See the full rules on cancellation, refund and complaints in our terms and conditions. As a consumer, you have a two-year right of complaint, also on second-hand goods.
Damage in transit
Contact info@villabianca.dk as soon as possible if the package is damaged upon receipt. Feel free to attach pictures of packaging, shipping label and product.
